The 2022 season is getting closer. Our official high school season begins at the end of February and runs through the end of May. If you would like more information you can stop by Coach Moore's room (214).
For now, athletes should make sure they are cleared through UHS Athletics. Don't put this off!
In order to minimize injury risk and perform as well as we can, athletes should prepare their bodies for the upcoming season.
For those not participating in winter UHS sports, we will offer preseason conditioning.
Conditioning will begin Monday, 11/29 and will end at the start of our regular season. See Calendar Below.
We will meet at the lower weight room in the 300 building, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 - 4:30. We will warm up, work on speed dynamics, technique and speed endurance.
